• Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with key4d. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and voiding of bets.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees of key4d, their immediate family members, and individuals employed by game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, etc.) are not eligible to open accounts or place bets on our platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration (name, date of birth, address, email, phone number) is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these terms and may result in Account termination.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access key4d's betting services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form with accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You will be required to create a unique username and secure password. The registration process is free of charge and takes approximately 2-3 minutes to complete.

4.2 Account Security

Each individual, household address, email address, IP address, and payment method may hold only one Account with key4d. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any pending bets or bonuses. key4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify multi-accounting and collusion.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

key4d supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods designed for convenience and security. Deposits can be made through major banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For most bank transfers and e-wallets (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), the minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. Some banks (CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) require a minimum of Rp 20,000. Maximum deposit limits range from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction depending on the payment method selected.

Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly, particularly for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. Some bank transfers may take 5-20 minutes during peak banking hours. Deposits made outside of banking hours (after 16:00 WIB Monday-Friday or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays) may experience delays until the next business day.

key4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees (typically Rp 0 for intra-bank transfers, Rp 2,500-6,500 for inter-bank transfers). These third-party fees are outside key4d's control and are the sole responsibility of the User. Always check with your financial institution regarding their fee structure.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts (family members, friends, business accounts) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with international financial regulations. Any deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source account minus any applicable processing fees.

6. Withdrawals and Verification

Users may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the User's own name that match the name on the verified KYC documents.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per request. Maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. First-time withdrawals require completion of KYC verification, which adds 2-6 hours to the processing time. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are much faster. Large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional security review and could take up to 24 hours to process.

key4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank may impose receiving fees for incoming transfers (typically Rp 0 for same-bank transfers, Rp 2,500-6,500 for inter-bank transfers). These fees are deducted by the receiving bank and are outside key4d's control. Always verify your bank's fee structure before requesting a withdrawal.

Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for deposit, where possible. For example, if you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal will be sent to your BCA account. This policy complies with anti-money-laundering regulations. If the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals (e.g., certain prepaid cards), alternative arrangements can be made by contacting customer support.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

key4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions tied to Indonesian holidays (Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan) or major sporting events (FIFA World Cup, Champions League finals, BRI Liga 1 championship matches).

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash. They must be used to place bets according to the wagering requirements. Once wagering requirements are met, any remaining bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited.

key4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold or confiscate bonuses if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse (such as coordinated betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies), or violation of terms. Only one active bonus per Account is allowed at any time.

8. Betting Rules and Conduct

All bets placed on key4d are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to review all bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a bet. key4d will not be held responsible for user errors in bet placement.

Minimum bet amounts vary by game type and market. For sports betting, the minimum bet is typically Rp 5,000 per selection. For slots, minimum spin values range from Rp 200 to Rp 1,000 depending on the game. Live casino table games have minimum bets starting from Rp 5,000 to Rp 10,000 per hand. Maximum bet limits vary by game and user VIP level.

In the event of obvious errors such as incorrect odds displayed due to technical glitches, human error, or data feed issues, key4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. Market suspension, postponement, or cancellation of sporting events may result in bets being voided or settled according to specific sport rules outlined in our betting rules section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other Users to gain unfair advantage
• Using bots, automated software, or third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Arbitrage betting or low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward key4d staff or other users
• Providing false information or documents during registration or verification

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the key4d platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, or services obtained from key4d without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless key4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of the platform, or your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

key4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, provide false information, create multiple accounts, abuse bonuses, or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to our platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases. key4d may withhold any funds in your Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe the funds were obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or violation of these terms. Legitimate balances will be returned to you after any investigations are concluded, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed to key4d.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, you must withdraw your entire Account balance. Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 per month deducted from any remaining bonus credits. Accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and key4d, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email at [email protected], or WhatsApp to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support agents who have authority to make reasonable accommodations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected] with subject line "Formal Complaint" including your Account username, detailed description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs or bet references, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, payment receipts, correspondence history).

key4d will investigate all formal complaints and provide a written response within 30 business days. Our decision will be final and binding. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek independent arbitration or legal remedies according to the Governing Law section below.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which key4d is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

For Users accessing key4d from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local restrictions.
